BAKELITE TEARDROPS
Out of all the Bakelite beads I have, these are my absolute favorite. They are gorgeous. I will not be selling many of them.
This listing is for 12 absolutely beautiful Semi-translucent, dichroic, opalescent Red/Hot Pink Bakelite Teardrops with holes.  I  never use the word "rare," to describe anything, but these beads are rare and impossible to find.Their colors change from red to pink and depending on how the light hits them - they look like glass!. The pictures do not do them justice!
Each Piece is 24mm (approx. 1") long and 18.5mm (approx. 9/16") at its widest. They pass one or more of the following tests: Simichrome, match, sound and hot water tests and are guaranteed to be authentic. 409 and other bathroom cleaners are not reliable ways to test the authenticity of Bakelite and I do not use them.
Payment is due within 48 hours of auctions' end.
If you are unable to remit payment within that timespan, it is important you contact me immediately to make other arrangements.  Failure to do so will result in your being blocked from bidding for one week. If it happens again, you will be blocked for a month and and then permanently.
