Description

1905 Turner Hotel in Muskogee, Oklahoma grand opening invitation in original envelope. The invitation announces the celebration banquet for March 29, 1905. Charles Haskell is listed as President. The included smaller card was inside the invitation and reminds the person to buy tickets for the banquet. The invitation measures about 5" by 6 1/8". The front and back outer covering is a thin patterned paper and has a piece torn away on the front along with a couple of small edge tears. The rest of the invitation is in very good condition with only one small edge indention.
