Very Rare Original Vintage Lucite Commemorative Paperweight features an embedded card visible when viewed from the top (front).  The card features an antique "framed" view of the beautiful, stunning old Western Reserve Building, on West 9th Street at Superior Avenue in Downtown Cleeveland, Ohio overlooking the East Bank of The Flats, and the following:
