    These 12 pages of HVAC Mechanical construction drawings were from 1978/79 when the store was first constructed.
    They are early revisions and include a coffee shop in the design that
    was never actually built.
    They had been folded and laying on a shelf for decades in a supply closet until the store closed in 2020.
    Each page is approximately 34" x 24" and condition varies with some wear/tears/creases.
    Pages are stapled together.
    Since the pages have already been folded they will ship that way also to reduce shipping costs
