International buyers are welcome/Global shipping programI have returned from exile, almost extermination, thank you to the people who helped me in these last days, and to those who did not help me and preferred to see me die, thank you very much too, since I have been reborn like the phoenix from the ashes, with more strength and resistance, without you, this would not have been possible.
Up for sale this 1980 Vintage Aria Pro II Custom Cherry Sunburst Electric Guitar LP Style Matsumoku Made In Japan. It is in its original state! all its components, both electrical and hardware, are those of the time, I removed the old strings to clean the fretboard of the neck with Dunlop 65 Ultimate Lemon Oil and cleaned the potentiometers with DeoxIT D5. Both humbucker pickups and both volumes, tones and the 3-way switch are working, only cosmetic details like the neck plate, tuning pegs and the bridges show corrosion or oxidation due to the passage of time, as shown in the last photo, but I prefer to keep it authentic, rather than change pieces or parts. Do not let they to win! Please don't let them beat you! since it is unique and therefore very rare, hard to find again. Matsumoku, highly respected luthier craftsman from Japan. Matsumoku Industrial was a Japanese manufacturing company based in Matsumoto, Nagano, between 1951 and 1987. Established in 1951 as a woodworking and cabinetry firm, Matsumoku is remembered as a manufacturer of guitars and bass guitars, including some Epiphone. Matsumoku produced guitars, or parts of guitars, for Vox, Guyatone, FujiGen Gakki, Greco, Ibanez, Yamaha, Hondo, Aria and Norlin (parent company of Gibson). American owned Unicord contracted Matsumoku to build most of its Univox and Westbury guitars. St. Louis Music imported Matsumoku-built Electra Guitars. Matsumoku built many early Greco guitars as well as Memphis, Vantage, Westbury, Westminster, C.G.Winner, Cutler, Lyle and Fell. Washburn Guitars contracted with Matsumoku to build some of its electric guitars and basses from 1979 through 1984. You are acquiring a piece of history. Whether you are a collector or want to play it, this is an excellent choice. A beautiful guitar. Please review photos and feel free to message me if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing. This is a very nice blast from the past. I ship from Monday to Friday, before mid-day, between 8:30 and 9:30 in the morning. I always go to the post office either on foot or by bicycle, since I don't have a car, unfortunately. I am a 31-year-old that due to external problems, could not complete my Architecture degree, a decade ago, now I am dedicating myself fully to music, which is what I have always been passionate about, since I come from an artistic family. I am the youngest son of the #1 Master of the Revolver Hector Martinez "El Borrado" in the film "El Topo" by Alejandro Jodorowsky (1969-1970). He was also a musician during the time of the 60's until the 90's and early 2000's. My father passed away in 2004, when I was 13 years old. I never learned to play the guitar, but when my father was still alive, I studied piano as a child, I spent three years in musical initiation, playing piano, then I spent a year in percussions and I had music theory, all those four years. All my father's instruments, after he died, my mother and brother sold them, unfortunately, but it was perhaps also due to an emergency, like the one I have now. I don't know why my father left all the instruments to them and to me nothing, too bad I couldn't talk to my dad before he left this world. I do not have a wife or children, but I have my seven pet cats, that I take great care of, and that they are my responsibility in this life. They lived outside, so no worries about cat hair. Guitar is in my room. Will be shipped disassembled from the body and neck for safer shipping, fast and very well packaged with USPS Priority Mail/Parcel Select Ground or FedEx Home Delivery Service. Thanks in advance for your support, this transaction will help a lot to my mom and me.
