We are working as partners in conjunction with Gettysburg Relics to offer some very nice American Civil War relics for sale.The owner of Gettysburg Relics was the proprietor of Artifact at 777 on Cemetery Hill in Gettysburg for a number of years, and we are now selling exclusively on eBay.
FROM THE WILLIAM A. REGER COLLECTION - These two American Civil War Dug Relic Fire melted lead Bullets, (soldiers often used cartridges as fire starters, and melted lead resulted from casting bullets. These pieces weigh a total of 1.6 ounces, and measuring 1 1/2" by 7/8" and 1 1/4" by 7/8", were found in the 1950s or 1960s by William A. Reger, of Berks County, Pennsylvania.
These artifacts come from the collection of William A. Reger who lived in Berks County, Pennsylvania and relic hunted at a variety of sites from the late-1950s to the mid-1970s. He passed away in Reading, Pennsylvania in 2011.
