For sale a pair of architectural models of monuments. These models are proposals for a monument to be built in Victorian England around the late 19th Century. One of the most well known monuments was built by Queen Victoria dedicated to her late husband Prince Albert in London's Hyde park. Each model is 13" tall & made from a type of cardboard & heavy paper. These are extremely intricate models, with very fine details. Although quite fragile they are solidly made. There are some missing flags & some minor parts of the trim, but overall considering the age, they are in excellent condition. These models belong in a museum or serious architectural collection. Very rare! I have never seen any similar models.  Guaranteed to be as described or it can be returned for a full refund.
