I purchased this at a store in Gettysburg that sold Civil War memorabilia in 2013. The shop owner said that they can still find bullets in the field where Pickett's Charge happened. In searching for similar items, I found bullets, stamps but none together like this. There is a certificate of authenticity from the First Commemorative Mint. Box and items are like new, never removed from box. I really have no idea how to price this treasure so don't hesitate to make an offer. I have been to Gettysburg several times since I bought this and have not seen it again.
