Hello!  Thank you for visiting my listing :)
This listing is for an attractive and highly detailed miniature architectural figurine.

Year:  1989
Condition and Features:  Overall good condition.  The top has a few very small chips (see picture of top of the miniature).  The little white spots are the chip - I counted about 5.  They are quite small and do not detract from overall appearance.  Includes original box.
Box condition:  Old water stain on one side of box, otherwise light general wear.
I am listing a number of Lilliput Lane, Malcolm Cooper, John Hine branded miniatures.  These scale model buildings represent specific cottages, pubs, inns, and other locales around Britain.  They're really nice if you like English traditional architecture.  Check out my other listings for more!
Shipping:  I can probably combine shipping.  The models are fairly heavy and their boxes are somewhat large, so it may or may not pay off to combine.  Let me know what you want and I can run the numbers.  I ship in 1 business day.  These seem to be more popular in the UK than US, so if you're over there I do international shipping through the ebay global shipping program.
