I Have Had It For 50 Years and Time To Move It To Another Collector. As Described To Me, It Is A Elevator Floor Magnifier.
The Patent Number On The AcFicture  Part is 16666538  Which Is 1928. I Have Never Seen One Anywhere.
The Piece is 9 3/4 " Long by 5" Wide by 3" in Height. Made of Brass and Glass Globe The Has a Magnification Clear Window.
