This sale is for what the seller believes is an elevator panel decoration or some kind of elaborate wall decoration.  This piece is one of two medallions that the seller is listing.  This item has amazing detail with 3 cherubs with wings in some type of celebration. One cherub is holding a tambourine overhead.  This item is very heavy as listed in the title. There are 6 small holes around the perimeter which indicates that it could have been a piece that hung on a door or wall.  The back of this item speaks to the age of this piece.  The seller was told that this item came from a building in Chicago, but has no evidence of which building it might have been.  This medallion comes with a wood tripod as pictured which would allow for display on a flat surface.  The seller is listing another medallion that has slight variations in the images.  Study the pictures carefully as there are no returns.  This seller does not ship internationally.
