    Description

For sale is a vintage, rare souvenir building replica of The Exchange National Bank of Colorado Springs, Colorado as engraved around its base.
This is one of the earliest versions of the bank, cast by Banthrico in the 1930s as indicted by Lance Oldham in his definitive catalog of Banthrico banks.
It has a silver finish and is in excellent, undamaged condition, with only age-appropriate wear.
Rarer still is that it comes with its original key; I have not tried it to make sure that it works, but I'm assuming it will, as both the trap and key are intact and undamaged.
    Monumental Miniatures
shows a later 1950s version that is rated V out of V in rarity; this one is older and much scarcer.
    It measures 4" x 2 1/2" x 3 1/2".
Shipping includes insurance and signature tracking (to minimize the
    possibility
    of loss to 'porch pirates').
