2020 Fender Custom Shop ‘72 Telecaster Thinline. What can you say? Reintroduced in 2020 with wide range humbuckers with pole pieces of actual CuNife magnets, just like the originals from the 70’s. This aged blonde screams vintage, with a journeyman relic finish and doesn’t have more than a few hours of play. This particular guitar was on display at NAMM and eventually went home with Eddies Guitars in St Louis. Within 4 weeks of buying it, I had nerve decompression surgery in my left arm and haven’t played it since. I bought it simply for my love of this model and the unique and ridiculous tone of the humbuckers. I have an original thinline from the 70’s and is my birth year guitar. I will never sell that one do to it’s sentimental value, hence the reason I am selling this. Again, barely a few hours of play time, you can see from the pics, that even the cowboy chord area has no wear. You will not be disappointed with this beast.
