This is fresh out of the Custom Shop at Trademark Classics of Central Florida, and has been set up for Pro action....EASY Playing 12 that fingers more like a 6 string....If you have arthritis, or just hate the finger pressure usually needed to play a 12 string, then THIS is the one you want.  Neck is leveled, crowned and polished...mirror frets...NO fret wear and a laser straight fingerboard.  High gloss finish looks beautiful, and we've added a 'Vintage Pearl' pickguard to make the colors really pop.  I want to make this clear....we are a 50+ year experience Custom Shop, specializing in PRO, easy playing instruments, especially 12 strings.  Our custom Rics and Gibsons are well known, and we've made a very limited number of these Fender XII's available to discerning buyers that want a true easy playing 12 for about HALF the price of a Ric.  Brand new Tweed plush lined case with neck restraint, factory polishing cloth, and a signed/serialed COA from our Custom Shop.
