    Tools, batteries and chargers have spent most of their life sitting in a toolbox.   All items may have scuffs and/or scratches from storage but remain functional (note below battery disclaimer).
    We are unable to assure how much capacity the batteries have remaining so consider them a bonus.  Batteries seem to work well and power the tools.  While we used these tools so little, batteries are expendable items, hence the disclaimer.   If we knew the batteries were bad we would recycle them.  No known issues but purchase understanding batteries are as-is.
