Customer Responsibilities
Our pricing does not include customs duties. We offer very low value invoices that allow you to pay little or no customs duties. Please consult your local customs before purchasing our products. If for some reason you don't want to pay customs and send the guitar back to us, you will be charged 0 for shipping.
Shipping
Shipments from the US generally arrive within 1-10 days.
We ship via USPS and China Post and will provide a tracking number so you can easily monitor the progress of the shipment on their website.
US: Delivery Time - Usually 1-2 weeks. (Excluding customs, due to the impact of the epidemic, the time may be delayed)
Package
All our orders are packed in bubble boxes. Our shipping bags are designed for international shipping and guarantee items will not be damaged in transit.
Ensure
We test each guitar (eg hum, sound test, craftsmanship) before shipping to ensure it's factory qualified. International shipping takes about 1-5 weeks, strings, tunings, etc. may need to be retuned. If you have questions, or are dissatisfied with our guitars, please let us know as soon as you receive them. We'll show you how to make these adjustments.
