    Brand new--includes owners manual, 2 Makita blades.  NO BATTERY.
    I bought this as part of a kit and already have what I need--this is not a "refurb"--this is a brand new never been used tool that I personally bought as part of a larger Makita kit from Home Depot.
    This is GREAT for tighter spaces (like when working under a sink or overhead to cut out old PVC/copper supply and drain lines--plunge cuts into plywood/osb/drywall, etc.).  My larger Makita cordless sawzall and corded Milwualkee sawzall are great for the heavier work, but this tool is great for the majority of what I do most of the time.
