here is a very early original and possible 1st REGENCY Apartments Floor Plan Sales Brochure for the newly built circa 1968-1972 Regency 14 story apartment building located at 60 Broadway Providence Rhode Island. this beautiful lithographed brochure booklet is printed on thick card stock with 3 separate panels inside with floor plans for "EFFICIENCY UNIT TYPE EB", TWO BEDROOM UNIT TYPE 2B" and "ONE BEDROOM UNIT TYPE 1C". there is a illustrated architects rendition on the front cover and inside back cover along with a back cover birds eye view street map with all the old downtown Providence buildings including the HOLIDAY INN, GARDEN APARTMENTS, CATHEDRAL OF SS PETER and PAUL, TELEPHONE BUILDING, WESTMINSTER MALL, INDUSTRIAL NATIONAL BANK, HOSPITAL TRUST CO., SHERATON BILTMORE, PEMBROKE COLLEGE and others. Designed by Architects "CURTIS & DAVIS New York and New Orleans this old piece of Providence history is in excellent condition and has no rips tears or defacing. there is very minimal light handling wear to brochure. please view all pics and read full item condition.
