You're looking at a vintage 1982 Peavey T-60 guitar in orange finish. This is a very rare finish. I've only seen a few in this color. Solid 40 years vintage and still very clean condition.
Comes with the original Peavey hard case. H
as the "blade" pickups. Thin, all maple neck with frets in fairly good shape. As most know, some T-60 frets tend to get grooves. These frets have some uniform flattening, but no grooves and a good amount of meat left.
Cosmetically, the guitar is surprisingly clean for its age. Front is clean with a couple small marks and a couple on the edges.
Scuffing on pickguard and wear on pickup surrounds.
Back of neck has some mild worming, but no big marks. Overall it's still an 8- or 9/10 in my book, no big dings or scratches. Playability is really good. I normally have to massage a T-60 to get a good setup. On this one I gave the truss rod a small turn, set string height, and it was playing great in a few minutes--that is VERY rare for an old T-60. Take it from me.
It is missing the truss rod cover. Small modifications include a second output jack added on the pickguard. Both jacks work, so you can choose, which you prefer. The nut was replaced and a second string tree added (both not bad ideas). The phase switch also replaced with a 3-position, which does work. But when pickup selector is in bridge position, the middle position on the phase switch acts as a kill switch.

Guitar Setup
All setups are done by our in-house luthier. Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is
highly subjective
you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!

I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case.
