R.T. Crane Brass & Bell Foundry Souvenir Building Heavy Paperweight/Desk Tray

For sale is an almost 100 year old souvenir building replica of the  R.T. Crane Brass & Bell Foundry of Chicago, cast in 1925 as a paperweight / pin Tray.
The company was founded in 1855 and produced valves, fittings, and specialty castings for a growing industrial America.
This commemorative model is a two-part cast bronze replica issued on the company's 70th anniversary and depicts the company's first workshop.
It measures 4 1/8” by 3 1/8” inches by 3” inches tall and is in excellent pre-owned condition.
It is quite heavy for its size, weighing approximately 1 lb.

It is undamaged and has a warm, aged patina.
The bottom reads: 1855 CRANE CO 1925.
