Purchased as open box '
refurbished
' about two years ago from an eBay dealer. Almost new. Professionally refurbished by the refurbishing company in Kentucky. Tweaked some more by the eBay dealer that I bought it from. High gloss shine with a great set-up. Very Solid Telecaster - Ready to plug and play.
The back of the head stock is embossed with a tiny 'used', and the last couple of original serial numbers buffed out. Shown in pics.
What looks like a big scuff on the pick guard is actually the original peal-off protective plastic from the factory. Clean pick guard underneath the plastic.
The protective plastic is also still on the back cover, ready for you to peel it off!!
This guitar is high gloss and really shines, top to bottom.
THERE IS - one thin 1/4" nick at top of lower bout. Check last pic - I had to blow out the contrast and outline it to be able to even barely see it. You can feel it but it's almost invisible to the naked eye. Anything else in the pics is camera glare.
This guitar is a Powerhouse. Solid. The pickup configuration is honkin'.
The gloss neck is really fast. Brilliant set-up with 10 gauge strings that I put on it.
I have a few Crafted In Indonesia electrics. They're all really well built, easy to play, really great value.
It hurts me to let this one go but I'm thinning the herd. If you don't have one of these, you should! These Cabronita Teles are getting harder and harder to find.
