In a clean and real scene, we take actual pictures of each instrument and make sure they are fully set-up and ready to play before we ship them. Each instrument goes through a multi-point inspection, followed by a set-up process by our in-house tech staff. We then photograph each instrument with high-quality equipment in our on-site photography studio. We know that details like wood grain and color finishes can vary, so we want you to be able to see, to the best of our ability, exactly what you will be receiving.
This process takes over an hour for each instrument - from inspection to pictures. We care about the instrume

We Ship Worldwide, and will generally send out your order 1 to 7 business days after payment has cleared. If there is a delay in handling time we will let you know. Please make sure your shipping address is current and updated. Our Products do ship from China via EMS and will generally take 7 to 15 days to arrive at address in: The United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe.  However it may take up to 60 days to ship to countries that do not use EMS. So if you want this for your gig next weekend it probably wont make it on time, so please keep that in mind when ordering. We package very carefully but can highly recommend shipping your new baby in a protective soft or hard case. We offer these at great prices just add one to your cart.

How to Make a Return?
- If you feel you may just need a part (dial, strings, tuner, etc). We can send you that part to fix the problem.
- If you need to make a return due to a broken or defective product simply open a return item case on eBay to start the process.
- Keep the defective product exactly as it arrived , including packaging. Do not remove any parts or write on the instrument
- Please Re-pack item exactly as it was packaged whether it be single or double boxed. Kindly avoid using Duct Tape
- Please use a package carrier that allows you to insure and track their packages. Such as: FedEX - UPS - USPS.
