Condition: Good vintage with normal patina but no cracks, no breaks. Base is open, no felt. Thermometer is glass with red dyed, ethyl alcohol as the liquid, on foiled paper (not dangerous, not mercury). Foil lifting slight at bottom edge, just needs a dot of glue.Thermometer is somewhat accurate. Clean, odor-free, and from a non-smoking home.
